Omer Ahmed

Omer Ahmed is a junior majoring in Computer Science. He has conducted HCI research with REACH Lab and software engineering research with Code World, No Blanket Lab, earning awards at conferences such as VA-NC Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium and the Wayne Scales Undergraduate Research Symposium. Outside of academics, he enjoys learning history, playing soccer, chess, coding, going to the gym, and focusing on self-improvement. Post graduation, he aims to further his education and eventually make his way to entrepreneurship. A fun fact about Omer is that he is originally from Sudan.
