Morgan Crum
Graduate Assistant
Morgan is a first-year master's student in the Fish and Wildlife Department. She earned her B.S. in Wildlife Conservation from Virginia Tech in 2025, and her research examines salamander dynamics in Southern Appalachia. She has been with MAOP since 2024 and has held leadership roles during undergrad such as president of the Virginia Tech Student Chapter of the Wildlife Society and undergraduate research project lead. She is happy to be back with the MAOP family and hopes to help students make the most of their time at VT! Beyond her studies, Morgan enjoys reading, fishing, cooking, and playing with her cats.
